Our wines enclose all the Apulian viticultural history combined with continuous research and innovation.The history of Jorche winery already begins in the early twentieth century with the Gianfreda family and its “palamientu”, the oldest form of organized cellar.
From generation to generation, the traditional methods and secrets of winemaking have always been diligently combined with advanced technical knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm, with the aim to costantly produce quality wines.
For five generations we have been cultivating the passion for viticulture as a precious family treasure
