We remind you that the products are kept busy from the moment the order is placed and that they will be shipped when the total amount is actually credited to the account.

Payment by credit card

In cases of purchase of goods with a credit card payment method, (at the same time as the conclusion of the order transaction), the reference bank will only authorize the debit of the amount relating to the purchase made.
In case of cancellation of the order by both the customer and in the event of non-acceptance of the contract by Antica Masseria Jorche, Antica Masseria Jorche will request the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the committed amount. The release times depend exclusively on the banking system and can reach their expected expiry date (24th day from the date of authorization). Once the transaction has been canceled, Antica Masseria Jorche cannot in any case be held responsible for delays and / or damages caused by the banking system.
Antica Masseria Jorche reserves the right to request additional information from the customer or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used.
