Live a unique experience discovering the Apulian flavors with a wine tasting in the Cellar followed by a dinner in an ancient XVIII century half-underground oil mill.
Puglia at the table
Welcome aperitif with tasting of our “Dipinta” Negroamaro Rosato IGP Salento, accompanied by homemade “friselle” with fresh cherry tomatoes and our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Jorche.
Guided visit of the Winery and, during the tour inside the underground barrique cellar, tasting of one Primitivo drawn directly from the barrique. The same type of wine tasted in the barrique cellar will then be tasted bottled (our Primitivo di Manduria DOP), to compare a wine in ageing with the finished product, all accompanied by a tasting of local Pecorino cheese.
At the end of the guided tour, tasting of our Primitivo di Manduria DOCG Dolce Naturale accompanied by “pezzi duri”, typical pastries from Puglia rich in almonds.
Following the tour in the Winery, there will be a dinner in our Masseria in an ancient XVIII century half-underground oil mill, with a menu to be agreed upon guests’ preferences (wine excluded).
